KOSGEB
is a public agency affiliated with Ministry of Industry and Trade.
It was established on 20 April 1990 under the Law no. 3624 to
enable Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to adapt
technological innovations rapidly, raise their competitive powers,
and prepare SMEs for global competition by increasing their
contributions and effectiveness.
KOSGEB
Supports Directive has been changed to cover SMEs in compliance
with the European Union’s Definition of SME.
